Our story starts from a trip to China in 2019. When I passed by a small fishing store beside the road. I bought several tackles from it and took back to Sweden.

I did not use them until several years later, in 2024, when I had a trip to Norway, in the early morning, I came to a port for fishing with wedge lure. I saw two Norwegian anglers fishing there with tackle. Then I took out the tackle I bought 5 years ago and attached the wedge lure in the end, started the fishing there together with them. Only 10 minutes later, I got 5 mackerels in one time, 5 out of 6 hooks on the tackle got the fish. I was surprised and thrilled. That became my most happiest time in that Norway trip. I had grilled mackerel as lunch and dinner that day. The effect and quality of that tackle is better than the wedge lure and tackle I bought from UK and in Sweden. 

In the early 2025 , when I watched the video I took of that happy moment, I got an idea, “why don’t I introduce this good stuff to Sweden”. So I launched this “Makrill Fiske” online store in 2025. We deliver to Europe union, Norway, UK, US.

There is no business man, no CEO behind the webpage you see, only another angler like you. 

We try to share with you the tools, tips we use for mackerel fishing and the happiness we got.

All our products were designed originally for Chinese and Japanese markets, if you see the Chinese and Japanese characters you don’t understand on the Product Packaging, don’t be afraid, they will not affect the effect and quality of the product. We proved all our products in Sweden and use them in our every fishing time.
