Mackerel Fishing: Which months can you fish for mackerel?

    Mackerel arrive at the Gothenburg coast in mid-May and can often be fished until the end of October. Remember to bring warm clothes for mornings and evenings, even in summer. If you are fishing in September–October, a winter jacket may be necessary.
