Mackerel Fishing: What month can you fish for mackerel?

Mackerel arrive on the Gothenburg coast in mid-May. You can fish for it from then until the end of October.

You need warm clothes in the morning and evening, even in summer.

If you come in September and October, you will need a winter jacket.
